My Experience with DREAM - Soranyi Castillo Guzmán, Library Assistant

Soranyi Castillo Guzmán, Library Assistant

For me, being part of DREAM has been a unique and unforgettable experience. I have learned so many things that I am sure will be incredibly useful for my future, both personally and professionally. From my participation in the A Ganar program, to my internship in the library, my work as a volunteer at the book fair and summer camp, to feeling like part of this family—each experience has been invaluable.

Having the opportunity to work in the library with such a supportive and collaborative team has been extraordinary. My teammates have helped me grow by teaching me to be more creative, persistent, independent, and capable, while also fostering my leadership skills.

It’s also inspiring to see the children's enthusiasm for books and how engaged they are in the activities we prepare, especially the book fairs, which are one of my favorite events. The interaction students have with our team is not only fun but also educational, creating a stimulating and welcoming environment for everyone.

In conclusion, I am deeply grateful to DREAM for allowing me to be part of this wonderful organization and giving me the opportunity to continue making a positive impact on more lives!
