Orica fosters a passion for reading in rural communities of the Dominican Republic through DREAM Project’s “My Very Own Library”
DREAM Project, in partnership with Orica, one of the world’s leading providers of mining and infrastructure solutions, continues to expand access to reading in vulnerable communities. As part of a three-year agreement between the two organizations, the My Very Own Library (MVOL) program will be implemented in rural public schools, including Pueblo Viejo, Sánchez Ramírez.

DREAM Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality educational opportunities and promoting reading among children, youth, and families in the Dominican Republic, joined forces with Orica, one of the world's leading mining and infrastructure solutions providers, to host a book fair at the Arroyo Vuelta rural primary school in Pueblo Viejo, Sánchez Ramirez, themed “Book Safari,” as part of the DREAM Project’s "Mi Propia Biblioteca" (My Very Own Library) program.
